Saturday - Triathy Olympic - Don, Martin, James, Tony, Barry, Peter (?)
Sunday - Triathy Sprint - Adrian, PJ, Paul H, Ciara, Siobhan, Joy
Sunday - XC NPS Rd 6 Killaloe- DavidC, Ross, Jim, Rudolf, Paddy
also John Dempsey is running in the Cork Marathon on Monday. Ruairi Gough's wife Claire is also running in Cork.
