8th dec ferns 5k Santa dash roads race

14th dec Tombrack Xmas festival 4 mile. This race looks great. There is Xmas markets, kids activities, visit from Santa. Race for the kids. And if you enter the race free entry to a family disco in Coleman's. wondering if we could make this our Christmas family day for the kids? We usually do something for them?

I'm traveling to the stook anybody else?. It's an interesting race in that there is a mile climb and a full mile down hill sprint, they give u your split as well as overall time so u can have a very handy 1mile PB to brag about :D

Waterford Half and John Tracey 10 miler in Dungarvan are both top races, won't be doing either of them myself this year though
Plan to head to Ferns for the Santa Dash alright, didn't know about the Tombrack one - will see
Have penciled in the Ferrycarrig 5 mile but not made my mind up yet, will see how I'm set after Christmas
Not doing Stook, the Moonlight challenge is on earlier that morning (very early 8-) )

Ha, my PB attempt went out the window after a fast first 2km when we hit that long 2km drag on the N11. Enjoyed it all the same. Congrats on the win.
