Another great club day out with eight competitors, loads of support and even the sun came out!
I really enjoyed this tri, with great club performances all round

Well done everyone, looks like a fab weekend all round. I'm feeling very jealous here looking at the photos. As for the times Tom & Dena, wow . Tom you've left all of us in your wake, the same run time as Colm Turner who's broken three run records this year and Dena the 4th woman home. I'm even more jealous now, fab results
