Anyone interested in heading down to Kenmare later this year?
Probably the bestest tri in all of Ireland, it's on Saturday 30th August.

A little birdy told me that there may be a few in the club planning an assault after Roth is conquered, and it sowed a seed to head back down to Kenmare this year to tackle the Lost Sheep once more.

I've not done any real training or racing in 2014, but this is one I would get back on the bike for, and will probably be the only tri that I do this year.
Last year it clashed with the worlds in London, this year the worlds are in Canada so ...

Entries open Wednesday 30th April at 8am and will sell out very quickly.
If in doubt, just get your entry sorted, there is never any bother selling on entries to the Lost Sheep

I was thinking about this one John. Its a great event in a fantastic location.

I don't intend on doing any specific training, just get fit enough to roll up and do it.

The last time I tried that it didn't work very well but sure theres always the next time.

The no training approach worked for me last year Jim. The timing for this race has moved back into the summer so the weather should be better but this means accommodation in Kenmare is going to be a lot more expensive.

Really enjoyed this last year, might be on for it again, guess we will see on April 30th! Roll the dice!

If i have the gra for some racing at that stage - might give this a go

Sold out very quickly last few years, usually no bother selling on entries down the line if things change

First round entries sold out within half an hour this morning
There will be another round of entries so be ready for that if you did not get in this morning
I think it's reopening the evening of Wednesday 14th May
I've my place anyway, time to get the finger out and dust off the TT bike!!
