I think we've got 4 in club colours tomorrow.
Louise and Joy in the double Olympic.
First timers at this distance ?
Whats your start time ?
And Jarlath and Niall in the sprint.
Jarlath's 1st open water tri and the "vet" go head to head again.
what time are you off at ?
Anybody else?
Will try and get up to spectate.

thanks lorraine...meself and Jarlet are in wave 4 and 5, so in the water at 5.20pm...as for the wimmin...there in at the crack of dawn...apparently Im listed in the 55 to 60 category...so heres to swimmin with a zimmerframe xxx
