3 PBs yesterday in Oylegate :)
Brian in 1:23, Bernie 1:52 and me 1:39.
It was a good course and well organised event. The run was two laps of a course which worked well - from an organising standpoint you'd need half the marshals and water stops.
I wasn't 100% sure on pacing so held back a bit for the first 2km, trying to ignore the field, but settled into a pace and picked people off for the next few kms.
To use a cycling comparison, it felt more like a sportive than a race though at a comfortably uncomfortable pace.

If it felt like that David you had plenty in the tank which is a great sign, ideally you run comfortably uncomfortable to 13-15km and then empty the tank from there. Hope ye all stay healthy now till Dublin which is the main thing and Kate makes it back soon
