Heading for more pain and torture tomorrow night in " Inch " for the first round of the SouthEast Road Club league races ( SERC ), myself and Mick Foley will be doing these for the next 5 Wednesday nights . no novice race for me as i have to enter A4 for these

Bill ... i,l be working / MTB,n/or road on Sunday , wont know till closer to the day .

in the mean time i,l be attending the SERC road races again tonight on my own as Mick F is Marshalling tonight , my plans are to finish within the top 10 and maybe even get a point in the top 6 !! , i,v 3 races left so i may work even harder

Good man Nigel. Would love to join ya some night. Do I need a cycling Ireland licence? Bike has ended up in shop for some much needed repairs, so unfortunately won't have it for spin I was planning for Sunday.
