On this Friday 15th May starting at 7pm with the ladies 5km and then men 10km straight after.

Good course and AI certified. 5 euro I think. This is open to all you will have Tom at the front in 31-32 minutes and Billy Harpur at the tail in 50 odd minutes so why not give it a go. Just make sure to wear club jersey as this is mandatory.
