Best of luck to Dena and PJ in their first Olympic Distance tri tomorrow and also to David and Adrian in the Sprint Distance.
Weather looks promising so it should be a great day for the triathletes and supporters. My gang will be there in force to cheer ye on.

Well after all my bitchin about the goodie bags and funny transition area, i would deff mark in KK tri for next year, nice flatish bike course and the run around the park really made it for me.
Well done everyone great results.
Unlucky David, but it's actually given me the kick up the butt i need to learn how to do that tyre changing thing!
Thanks Joy and kids for all the support, it really is a motivation boast hearing your name out of the crowd.
