The Great Barrow Swim will take place in Carlow town park on Tha 26th July @11am.
Distances of 1.9k and 750m. Excellent value at 15 euro.

Are both races starting at the same time Mike? Can you do both?

I'm up for this. This group have 15 marshals lined up for our tri next year so we should all try an support if possible. We have 20 swimming over the winter so c'mon everybody. Sign up in the morn an tis only 15 yoyos. Mike involved in running this which is another reason to support.
