Jarlath all the hard work an endless hour's of training is done so the rest is easy!!! Taper has gone well so give it socks an don't worry about the time - it will be whatever you have in you on the day.

Great going today Jarlath, sub 13 in your first Ironman on what's supposed to be an extremely tough course is an excellent result. Not to mention the Irish weather. Really well done.
