Well that year has flown, bet you can't believe its finally here guys! Wishing you both a Fantastic race experience, enjoy every moment of it especially that woohoo feeling as you cross the finish line. No doubt it will all go to plan, just stick with the plan!!. We will be tracking your every move, so best of Luck Pj and Frank.

Passed by the lads last weekend when they were out on their bikes. Frank looked like he had a raw chicken taped to each calf and PJ's legs looked like they'd been shaved to within an inch of their life......so they're obviously well prepared. Best of luck, and remember to feckin enjoy it. Any predictions on a winner
