Just in response to Franks correct request to share info if doing events, I hope to run ( that word needs to be taken loosely when applying it to me !) the 5 km in Carlow this coming weekend if anyone is interested & would like a lift up??

Good luck tomorrow lads and Fergal remember we all started the same way and i guarantee you - you will be lapping those in bed an on the couch tomorrow morn.
