One of the best 10kms in the country. Big field, closed roads and a great spread afters. This Sunday 14th at 12 noon

Sorry Niall only seeing this now
Brian O'Shaugnessy, Ciara Bowe and I ran today.
Shocks ran 37:30, Ciara around 43:35 PB and me 42:33 PB
Cold day to start with hail stones for company on the warm up, but was grand for the race.

What was nice about it was i really didn't think I'd be within a minute of my pb - didn't think i was in the same shape as last year. Well the scales is telling me so also
