These are great. Good fun, very well run and suitable for all standards. Highly recommended

Summer League Dates;

3rd June; Old Dublin Road 1mile.
10th June; The Still 5mile
24th June; Sliabh Bui Trail Run
22nd July; Ballindaggin 7k.(date may change)
29th July; Clonhaston 5k.
5th August; Monageer 5k. (date may change)
19th August; Camross 7k.
2nd Sept; Clonhaston 2mile.
