Hey just a heads up , there is and event on in Rosslare strand this Saturday the 23rd called Tri for 10, two lads are doing 10 sprint distance triathlons in 1 day for two cancer charities. It's not a race and the lads are trying to time it to do one every 2 hours from 4am until midnight. Everyone is welcome to do 1, 2 or all 10 with the lads if they wish or can just do swims, bikes or runs . There is no set entry fee but a donation would be appreciated .
If its a nice day the beach is there for the family to have a bit of craic while you're sweating, also there will be a BBQ there from 4:30pm and if you're there early there is breakfast around 6am. I can't get the poster to load here for some reason but there is an event page on Facebook with all the info for anyone interested.
Hope to see some of you there, I'll do a couple of early bikes then up to the county road race champs, win them (probably not) and back for another couple .
