31st October registration from 10 am in the Gap pub
This is a great 10km , no frills but with great grub after. The 10k is not easy it's all trail with some big climbs. Great for something different . Also it's all for local charity.
I've took part last few years and will be going again.

no web sit, but if u look up run the gap on Facebook there is an event page . Hopefully c u there
