Nice to see a good gang down in Waterford. Kate and Alan flew around on the back of very little training and moving house stress which is some going. Reminded me of what Martin use to say about going out and competing for the joy of it. Special mention to Ciara and Eimear on their first half marathons - both looked fresh as daisies after.
