Blackwater Sprint Tri Fermoy 28th August

Well boys and girls it's almost upon us. Me and Joy's warm weather training went pear shaped due to copious ingestion of fine Portuguese wine and food.
How is everyone else prepared? I see a big battle between The Don and Martin. Although I hear Frank has made some 'strides' recently. And the Club Champ has a new secret weapon that he has been training on. And Johnny D is a new man I hear since he got his new wetsuit. And no doubt Young Ryan has been up the mountain training like the divil. And the old(er) brigade will be out in force too. yes james i am talking about you.

And what about the women? I hear Mrs Bodels is taking the plunge (literally) And Orla O'M fresh from the leaving cert is making her river debut. I see a battle too between ciara, joy and siobhan.

Classic David, although I'm starting to get that 'revenge is sweet' feeling in the pits of my stomach. I love those lean arms of mine, must have been taken later in the season
