For anyone interested, this is the link to the Hill/Trail running league that IMRA have organised for the south east area - races in Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary and Waterford over the coming months. There's a nice mix of hills and distances. Definitely the most fun that you can have running.
