i would say that given that this will be aimed at off-season triathletes, the mtb course will be fairly harmless. wouldn't want them falling off and dirtying their tri-suits
seriously though, I would imagine it will be a fairly handy mtb course. the run could be a different matter as kilruddery borders the little sugarloaf. anyway the distances are short, you would be well able for it brian

Looks good. Short runs and harmless mtb course (I'm holding you to that Mr. furlong ) Even my battered body should be able for that.
