Hi Folks, heard some great reports about this tri and im thinking of doing it this year.
Its only down the road in Dunmore east, sprint but a toughie.
It sells out very quick so get in there the day it opens.( opens 1st march)

I'm doing this one too girls if anyone is up for putting in a team, i have a few friends that did it last year and really enjoyed it, plus not too far to travel,

Have yet to try this open water swimming Dena, it could take a lot to overcome the Fear! we will have to watch this space......

Ha, yeah i had to face it for the first time last year not as scary once your in, you should come down to Edermine with us when we go, hopefully there is no more snakes in it.

Yep- am interested in this one too- is there a team event in it? When is it by the way?
