Just checked the Nenagh Triathlon Website and the North Tipp Triathlon opens on 1st Feb at 11am. There is only 240 places and it's the first National Series of the year so places will fill fast for anyone interested

this one was my first tri last year and was one of the better organised ones. though it could also then be blamed for getting me into all this madness then, damn you nenagh !!!!!!!!!

i'm on for that one, can't wait

What times did you put in for swim??

me and joy are in. i put down 15mins for my swim time

I got in too, I think I was over ambitious with the swim time at 14 mins...

Jesus i was either realistic or went a bit mad .............20 mins for me!!!!

I'm in. I said 18 minutes . Its 750m this time, not 500m like last year.

Looks like I'll be concentrating on my swimming for the next 10 weeks or so, 3 hours every day
