Wicklow Adventure Race entry is open and was over subscrip. last year - did this last year and plan to do it again his year, good cycle jersey as well
great route around Glendalough and the Sally Gap,
Long course is 18km Mountain run broken up in two, 53km cycle broken up in 3 with some tasty climbs and a 2km kayak(don't worry if you've done this before)

Sorry Ciara went to enter and realized its the same w-end as the Wexford County Senior Road race so that's myself and Tom out. But best of luck everyone taking part it looks like fun.

Anyone not doing this it would be good to see some racing 795'ers competing in the Rd race, this year Kilmore are hosts so not to far to travel should be a good fight for the team places.

Haven't signed up yet but going to do the long course. Steep runs but a lot of it is on sleepers is not so bad, bike climbs are steep as well but don't go on that long

a great way to train for this closer to the race itself would be cycle bunclody, myshall, up that mother of a hill that won't be named, up over mt leinster, rathanna, kiltealy, run up mt leinster from ballycrystal and cycle back to bunclody, about 50km cycle and a 10km run i think, couple of sundays of that and you'd be set for the long course
