Jane Porter from Slaney Olympic has been in touch to tell us about their 10k in Ballycarney on the 22nd January. Could be a good excuse to party later that night

thinking of doing it to as well, Frank mentioned he was going to do it was well
better than slogging along the roads by yourself, as Tom says a race is worth two weeks training
