Don Morrissey has qualified to represent Ireland and Racing 795 at the Europeans on 25th - 26th June 2011!!

Fair play Don on qualifying for the Europeans, that dedication to travelling to the NS races really paid off for you (oh and maybe the dedication to training too)
Hopefully the training goes really well between now and then and best of luck in Spain

You'll have to wear the green tri suit when entering Tri795 in July - really put the squeeze on the opposition

Thanks Guys, much appreciated. Someone pointed out after four events that I had a chance to qualify and I got lucky. It meant two extra triathlons in 2010 than I had planned for, ie The Beast and the CK Triathlon, which both nearly killed me off but they got me in. Who would have believed that would happen to a big lug like me in January last year, unfortunately the worst part about qualifying is that I now have to take it seriously and look the part, diets, nutrition, endless training...... I haven't eaten a biscuit in 2011 and anyone that knows me, knows that's seriously hard.....

PS: Tom I'll bring the tt bike on Sunday if you want a quick go on it
