That looks fairly easy except for the swimming and the running. The bike part looks a bit long too, but other than that, fairly easy I'd say.

We dont need any excuses! I will swim when its hot and run if i get chased by a bear, otherwise a mtb spin in the mountains with a savage decent will do it for me.
