Anyone doing this tomorrow?
I'm working so i'll call around to cheer you on

I'm in wave 2 so should be done and dusted by 11. I'm a bit worried as I know someone in this wave with a predicted 20 minute time so I hope the lads in my lane are a bit quicker than this

As usual a really well organised race and great weather. 5 minutes slower than last years time - need to get my lardy ass out on the bike more often

Serious time there Brian, your training must have been good over the winter. Didn't know you were in the auld lad category like me . Solid time Peter, especially with all the Ironman Training Tempo.
