I'm in wave 2 so should be done and dusted by 11. I'm a bit worried as I know someone in this wave with a predicted 20 minute time so I hope the lads in my lane are a bit quicker than this :shock:

jaysus Brian dont know which is more surprising that you knocked out the swim in 12 minutes or the fact it took you 22 minutes to do a 5km :lol:

anyone hear about those prisoners on the loose? about 10 o'clock saturday morning apparently.........it was easy, there was no-one around.. ;)

As usual a really well organised race and great weather. 5 minutes slower than last years time - need to get my lardy ass out on the bike more often :cry:

Serious time there Brian, your training must have been good over the winter. Didn't know you were in the auld lad category like me :D . Solid time Peter, especially with all the Ironman Training Tempo.
