County Senior Road Race

The county road race is on this Sunday in Kilmore at 11. A nice 10km cool down after the WAR or maybe a brick session, 10km followed by an open water swim . Feck it you could even cycle home after the swim.

This will be a good race for spectators as it's run over 3 laps. There's also a playground around the start/finish area.

If I'm in any decent shape after WAR I will, would be good for anyone doing north tipp in a couple of weeks, get the adrenaline flowing again!

Well done to Paul, after my mistake with the start time had him in Kilmore 4 hours before the start . He was flying and well up the field until he twisted his ankle with a lap to go but still managed to hopple to the finish in a good time.
