Eireman X Sept. race entry is now open - only 200 places.

Need to get out on MTb this week maybe this evening or Tuesday.
It's so long since i've been up there I can't remember most of the tracks!

Great stuff Pj - you did a hell of a run after all that Rambo stuff (running into water with a bike over your head). Well done Myrddin - a great swim time. Ciara what happened the hand?

Hand and shoulder got a bit of a bang, as I had to avoid a man down on the course, couldn't continue but looking forward to next year, the swim was really enjoyable, even with the waves crashing in your face, nice result for PJ - great improvement and Myrddin's swim- cool.
