Best of luck to Adrian Ryan and Paul Hutton and special mention for Paul Browne who takes on his first tri today. Apologies if i have left anyone else out. Hutton and Browne's run times should be interesting as they were so close last Wednesday night.

Super time by Paul Browne, 51 over all in 2.31 on a bike he had for 3 days, a borrowed wet suit and his first tri!

Adrian had another great race and came in 63, he ranked around 24 for the swim section

Hard luck to Paul Hutton who was a DNF guessing due to injury
