I hope to a few of these definitely. Cross country definitely helped my running last year.

the novice cross country is on this Sunday at 1pm (I think, check local paper) in Adamstown, Martin, Paul Browne, Frank and myself are likely runners so far - anyone else up for it?
Ladies team did great last year - would be a pity not to any representatives

3 euro to enter and there are kids races as well. This was a real eye opener last year and good motivator for the rest of the winter. Intermediate is on the 16th Oct and then powerscourt ridge on the 12th of november and waterford half on 15th of december on a really flat course, nice schedule to keep the legs ticking over for the winter

Cant make it on Sunday, but it would be great if someone could make up the fourth member, so we have a team in this event.

Intermediate Cross country is on this Sunday at 1pm along with uneven ages for kids down in ballytrent, rosslare. It's 8km. Anyone interested? Won't be much more competitive than the novice
