Dungarvan 10 miler 29th January 2012

Just entered this there now :?:
Ran it 2010 and had a great run, entered last year but didn't run (babies huh??), hoping to nail a good race this time round, great, great course, excellently organised & very fast with a savage feed afterwards
Anyone else fancy a trot?

would like to do this one alright John, depends on when number 2 decides to make an apperance, you thinking of the half down there as well in December?

Nah, not ready to run a half yet

it's another great race though, did it in 2009 as my first half, again got fed like a lord afterwards

How are ye set for travelling down to this? Family day out or going solo?
I'm driving and travelling on my own, will pick up any of ye that want a lift, loads of room

What training im heading down there on a wing and a prayer :oops:
