10mile race in Enniscorthy Sunday 1st April 2012

Looks like it will be a good race for two great causes
The people behind the organisation of the race have a good track record in these things and they state that 100% of the money raised will go directly to the charities involved
Looking for people to raise minimum of €100 sponsorship to enter
Not decided yet but 'under consideration'

Signed up for this yesterday, got my cards and all today. Two great causes, can be confident course will be accurate and organisation good, and the timing suits. Hopefully will get under the 65 :o

Ha ha James
64:59 is about the height of my ambitions this time round
Appreciate the incentive though, but I'd be pretty sure €20 is your max exposure on this one
On the (big) assumption that I make the time, thanks for the sponsorship :D

Well done to John today. Excellent run of 66 mins on by all accounts a very tough course. He's looking fit and trim. Tom was flighting and took top spot. Both lads have the marathons in Waterford and belfast in the coming weeks

Well done John, great time again. Another notch on the belt for Tom too, so how's the weight plan going for the Olympics?

Thanks lads
Results in, 20th position so have to be happy with that
Gave it absolutely everything so no regrets about shoulda/woulda/coulda
Dead on my feet for the finish
Carried a bit of a cold into it and was very very hilly so even though a little slower than Dungarvan happy that the training is moving in the right direction
James, my sponsorship money was all gone in on Saturday. You can send it direct to the race organisers www.hopeanddream10.com if you like, or else to either of the two charities involved
Thanks
