Well done lads. I didn't think my legs would be up to it after my long run on Saturday so didn't want to slow ye all down I did my 180kms on the flat instead.
Re: Sunday Road spins
With so much going on this weekend I'm not organising a spin this Sunday.
Re: Sunday Road spins
With Barry, Don, Jim & Martin all swaning around Lough Dan this weekend is anyone else interested in getting out on the bikes this Sunday?
Re: Sunday Road spins
well john if you dont mind female company I am keen to get out.
Re: Sunday Road spins
i want to go mtb'ing on sunday morning
Re: Sunday Road spins
Now why would I ever mind a bit of female company?
Was thinking early Sunday about 7:30 ish if that suits you
Will leave the route up to you to decide but sure might as well start in Bunclody
David - looks like you're babysitting

Re: Sunday Road spins
Forgot of course that Adrian, David, Dena & PJ will be in Kilkenny this Saturday - any of ye up for a recovery cycle on Sunday?
Was thinking that we could take a spin down to Enniscorthy, across to Oulart, down through Castlebridge into Wexford and back up through Enniscorthy and on to Bunclody. You can take a look at the route by clicking here
It's 95k on the nose and looks fairly flat
There are no easy options top get back home early, so could just as easily do the Tullow, Shillelagh, Carnew, Gorey route either if people prefer that - about 92k but with an easy opt out at Carnew if wanted
Either way sure lets say leaving from the square in Bunclody by 7:30am Sunday - we can decide on the route that morning depending on who's there and what they want
Looks like Joy and myself so far - any one else?

Sorry lads, somethings come up and I can't get out in the morning
Am planning to head off about 3:00pm instead, but no firm plan yet
If 3:00 suits anyone else sure let me know
