For anyone intending to join us this saturday, take note of slight change of route etc.
Meeting Shillalagh 8.45am, depart 9am..meeting at top of the village.....Bring snacks etc, last shop stop, Kilteagan, before the mountains. Lunch stop at "The Meeting of the Waters". (yes I know its a bit far, but Rathdrum has nothing to offer except packet soup in the Cartoon Bar)
Route..Shillalagh-Tinahealy-Hackettstown-Kilteagan-Slive Mann-Aughavannagh-Glenmalure-Rathdrum-"Meeting of the Waters"-Avoca-Woodenbridge-Aughrim-Tinhealy-Shillalagh...95k
If anyone needs a lift give me a shout, Liam Kelly has bike room in the van, we can arrange a meeting point...087 6805816.

Niall how long do you think it's going to take with the lunch stop and that. I'm trying to work out what time i'll get back with the drive from Shillalagh. Josh has a match.

What a beautiful day for a spin, a wee bit longer than we thought at 110km but most enjoyable. glad to see the auld 795ers had the endurance to stick the distance :D Well done Niall for organising this trip and the weather hey you must be very close to someone up there ;) Thanks to all those who helped me out along the way with tubes, manpower etc. I had the record for most punctures 3 in total :( Not my day,. must do like a boy scout next time and come prepared.
