As my running related injury has decided to curse me once more, i may spend a bit more time on the trusty turbo trainer, does anyone know a good site that i can get some sessions with intervals/speed, anything to stop me from being bored out of my mind?

i have used these sessions from the tacx website. There are loads of workouts and lots of variety.

Choose your workout type and then 'cycletrainer'. Ideally you need a cadence sensor to get the best out of them. Actually if you are doing a lot of work on the turbo you should have one anyway. Where it says 'Slope' it refers to the resistance setting on your turbo ie 1 easy 10 or whatever hard. Under 'gear' where it says for example 'Sm x 16' you should be in your middle ring (if you have 3, bottom if 2) and your 16 tooth gear on the back cog. Sounds complicated but its not really once you get into it, and because during the workout you are constantly changing, it flies by.
I also have some workouts on DVD which you are welcome to borrow. Barry has them at the moment.
