Wexford Native and Wexford Wheeler member, Dr David Curtis will present an illustrated view on life as a professional race medical doctor, covering a professional race medical doctors career over two decades.
Dr David Curtis has participated as race doctor in many irish and international professional cycle races, such as the milk races over the years, Tour De France in Ireland 1998 and most recently the 2011 Tour of Beiging.
Dr David departs for the tour of Lombardy in april 2012, however before David embarks on his 2012 season, David has compiled a review of life as medical doctor on the professional race circuit and has kindly agreed to present an insight into this side of the professional race circuit, through a multi media presentation.
Interesting presentation with tales and illustrations.Wexford Wheelers will present this in early february and your club is cordially invited.
The venue will be confirmed in the coming weeks.A nominal fee will be charged to over light refreshments on the night.Please let us know if you wish to attend. Please distribute amongst your members, to assertain interest.
Most likely a friday night presentation.
