Open Water Swimming Resumes Weds 26th May

Due to the lack of parking at poulshone the new location for the open water swimming is Courtown beach meeting at the boardwalk beside the life guard hut.

Have to fly solo this week have some work down there but should be able to meet up next week

I'm planning on turning this into a regular brick session for myself if any of the rest of ye are interested in joining me?
I ran it last week and from the boardwalk - bottom of burrow road - boardwalk - pier - boardwalk again is 2.9k
I intend setting out from the boardwalk at 6:30am this Wednesday and prob do 1.5 laps for approx 4.5k if anyone is interested in joining in
Pace will be nice and easy (it's too early to run fast )
We'll be passing the cars every half a lap so people can join in or bail out as suits
A nice little dip in the Irish Sea to cool off afterwards
