Thanks to Don and John for dragging my sorry ass around the backroads of wexford yesterday. I can safely say that you need more than 12hrs rest between a 17 mile run and a 100km plus bike ride :?

So, with Barry having moved over to the dark side for the weekend (MTB :D), anyone fancy a spin this Sunday morning?
Could do the same route as last week if ye want?
Not at all imaginative so will bow to anyone else's route suggestions either

Any takers?

You could always try the MTB race John. You might like it. Same goes for the rest of you. It's only about 24k so no hardship for you long distance roadies.

Details: http://www.irishxcmtb.com/2010/06/29/ir ... b-preview/

Actually - if you do Sports it's only 12K!!
