yep, you'd wonder why you bother working hard day in day out earning a few quid for some simple pleasures only for some f~ckers to come along and decide 'its mine' and take it- now i know it hasn't been getting a whole lot of use but that's no excuse- my road bike's been stolen......
so if any of you see it on any ads, car boot sales, thrown in a ditch etc, could you give me a shout please.

Raises a point though how many of us have the serial numbers from our bikes to prove ownership

yep definetly note the serial number to trace it- this was a break in and gardai say there's a load of break ins in the area at the moment-plus it took us 2 days to get locksmiths coz they were all out on calls- now that says a lot- start taking down yer serial numbers......
