Check it out folks, Carrickduff Bike Skills Park is now open
It's a great place for kids (and adults) to learn balance and bike handling. Hopefully our members will get plenty of use out of it. Any bike will do but BMXes are best for the craic. Bunclody Amenities is keen to promote safe use of the park so please make sure you and anyone you are responsible for wears a helmet. http://carrickduffbikepark.com/

For those of you that don't know, JimF, DC, Barry and myself have been working on this project for the last year

We managed to secure funding through Carlow County Development Partnership and Bunclody Community Resources and with the help of Bunclody Amenities the dream is now reality!!

As DC says, spread the word - this is a great little facility for kids (and adults who like to be kids )

Fair play to ye, it's a brilliant facility and pretty unique aswell?

As far as I know, it's the first publicly funded facility of its type in the country.
