Stretches for Cycling

now i would be the worst in the world for stretching after a spin - stretching out on the couch would be about it.

however I know it is important and the old knees arent getting any younger so i'm going to start doing it a bit more religiously. So i was doing a bit of research and came across this on the Wicklow200 site - looks good and has some good explanations of the leg muscles and their role in the pedal stroke

Well I've made an excellent start already. I printed the doc, and fully intend to read it one day.
