Now while all you lucky boys and girls are racing around the hills of Wicklow in the autumn sunshine i'm here planning my recovery with my friend mr turbo.
Everyone knows that the turbo trainer is boring as hell. I'm i'm no fan, bit it has got its place (as myself and Rudolf can testify ) Its a handy yoke in the depths of the winter when you cant get out, expecially for the roadies
Anywasy to make it interesting, heres what I do:
Take plans from this website http://www.turbotraining.co.uk/ - its free, just sign up and browse the plans. You'll need a laptop to follow the countdown clock
Get some trance music from here http://www.di.fm/. My current favourite is 'Hands Up' gets the blood flowing nicely
Find some good classic youtube TdeF footage, like this to watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qgXQ3zPSN4
Away you go!
