With Thursdays now the clubs designated track night. I would urge as many people as possible to attend. The more people we get up, the better the atmosphere and the more enjoyable it will be. All sessions will be under the hour and will fly by. All training will be done at your own pace not anybody else's. And with a summer league race every other week you don't want to be giving the opposition an advantage . As regards the rest of the week anybody getting in 3 runs, try get in 2 x 1 hour runs + the track session. Anybody running 4 times a week, get in 2 x 1 hour runs + the track session + 1 run consisting of 15 warm up 30 min on the HR 85% max breaking the 30 min down into 5 X 5 min with 1 min recovery or 3 x 8 min with 2 min recovery and 15 min cool down.
