Dear Members
Due to the generosity of DavidF, DavidC, Rudolf and lazyboypops we now have a club mountain bike. The idea behind this bike is for members, their friends, family and enemys wishing to try out mountain biking, they now can on a good quality bike.
As this bike has come about through the donation of good parts there will be some ground rules.
The bike must always be returned cleaned and lubricated.
Mountain bikes in general are pretty rugged beasts but any damage from misuse will have to be paid for.
As with all club cycling helmets must be worn.

Mr B forgot to mention that he donated the frame AND put the bike together....

this is a quality bike, and gives a great opportunity to anyone wanting to try mtb.

I baptised the club bike last night! :)

Great bike, though I need padded shorts.. :)

Thanks guys for putting this together. It's a great asset to the club and I really appreciated being able to get out there on the trails while hunting for a bike of my own.
