I enjoyed that. Thought I had Frank in my sights but the big lanky Galway man put the after burners on for the last two laps. I wonder who will be the first under 20 mins?

And where did Rudolf get those running legs from? Must have been the warm up on the bike from Tinahely

Can't say I particularly enjoyed it (too much dinner I think) but delighted I managed to keep going and complete the 5k. I'm fairly certain that is the farthest I have ever run without stopping! Quads a bit sore today but stretches at home afterwards definitely helped. Lookiong forward to the next one now.

That was not to bad, I recon that the shoes that i lent from Paul Hutton must had some boost in it. never ran that fast i think. Good to have somebody to chase and being chased this makes you run even faster. see you next time. (i,ll make sure I have some shoes )
