Hoping to do some sea swim training in the next 4 weeks. Anyone interested?

It would be great if at least one strong swimmer could join the weaker swimmers (Moi).

We can then pick time and venue, depending on interest shown.

Hi Frank I'm racing in Valentia next weekend and need to get into the sea at some stage this week, probably tuesday evening or wednesday morning or evening, let me know if any these suit.
