Alan Ryan, who competed and completed Kona IM last year, will give a presentation to Racing795 members on his training, race and experience gained. We have also invited our own Ironmen, Jim Furlong, James Bodels and Peter Coulahan, to get involved and convey their own experiences and participate in a general Q&A session after Alan's presentation.

You don't have to be considering an Ironman to come along. All are welcome and we would encourage as many in the club to meet up, because this is as much about having a social gathering as it is about an information evening. We could all do with more info on learning how to balance training with family and work commitments!
This is open to non-members also
