Open Water Swimming Resumes Weds 26th May

I have spoken to the Swim Coordinator from his warm weather training base in southern Spain, and he has told me to inform everyone that open water (sea) swimming will resume in Poulshone on Wednesday week 26th May at 7am.

well done to all (13!) who braved the cold and choppy Irish Sea this morning

that was one of the choppier days i've seen down there so don't be too disheartened you'll be glad of the experience when you are lined up at the start of a sea swim looking out at the waves and the field around you are a bundle of nerves. you'll be saying 'i remember that in pollshone' !! no problemo!
